DESCRIPTION:An antidote to the busyness and excess of the Christmas period\, this class offers you a chance to pause amid the chaos and enjoy two hours of yoga to reinvigorate and restore. The morning will include both a yin and yang (flowing hatha) style of yoga as well as breath work (pranayama) and mindfulness meditation. Dedicated solely to your own health and wellbeing\, let this class be a little gift to yourself this Christmas. \nNo experience is necessary although a familiarity with yoga asana (postures) especially a dynamic style will be useful.
