DESCRIPTION:Festive Candlelit Inner Glow Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath Journey \n7-8.30pm Friday 11th December \nA special evening of indulgent\, deeply restorative Yoga Nidra\, together with a Sound Bath journey that will recharge you for the festive season. Fill your heart with gratitude\, peace and love. Relax into bliss with a guided meditation\, and allow your whole self to bathe in gorgeous sounds\, connecting with divine energy to heal and restore. \nWe will start with balancing breath work practices\, and learn new techniques for wellness and self healing. Then we’ll melt away any stress by inviting soothing stillness. \nEmma plays a full set of chakra Crystal singing bowls for sound healing\, as well as gong\, shruti box\, chimes\, rattles\, bells\, and Himalayan brass singing bowls. You’ll feel these sounds sparkling inside every layer of yourself\, restoring your inner glow! Emma also sends Reiki energy out to everyone in-studio and on zoom\, awakening our hearts and infusing body and mind with golden light. \nOur Yoga Nidra will also have a special magic sparkle to help you survive and thrive in these testing times. We end our beautiful evening with a peace mantra\, connecting to everyone with gratitude\, compassion and grace. \n
