Steadiness and Compassion: Mindfulness Level 2 with Inquiry with Sophie Carr

Do you feel overly reactive or emotional? do you get moody, resentful, anxious? (let’s face it – who doesn’t?) In this workshop, we’ll explore mindfulness of emotions, learning how to be comfortable with uncomfortable feelings. We’ll also practice gratitude and compassion, which are great supports for well-being, increasing our resilience to life’s challenges and brightening our inner atmosphere. The practice of inquiry, or mindful listening, is a wonderful way of finding release and relaxation around our emotions.
This workshop is for anyone who already has experience of mindfulness meditation, or who has done our Level 1 workshop. All equipment provided, plus resources for your own practice.
