DESCRIPTION:Expect a warm welcome and the opportunity to relax at this special stretch and sound bath sandwiched between the festive busyness\, the Winter Equinox and the New Year. \nEnjoy space for a re-set\, escape to this sonic sanctuary and get some much-needed R&R time! \nStarting with gentle floor-based somatic stretches (SATYA) to unwind tension and prepare the body and mind for deep relaxation. Then settle in your ‘rest nest’\, listen to the lunar prompts and then allow the sound bath harmonics to do their work! The instruments; singing bowls\, sansula\, koshi chimes\, drum\, gong\, percussion instruments\, and vocals can induce an altered state of consciousness akin to a meditative state. \nEveryone will have their unique experience and it’s never the same! Chocolate\, oracle cards and a warm drink will prepare you for the journey home. Lunar prompts will be emailed to you the following day. No experience is required\, just come with an open mind and drinking bottle. \n
