DESCRIPTION:A deeply recharging\, pampering treat for body\, heart and mind. \nThis healing evening is totally dedicated for you to relax completely & connect within to your magnificent heart field\, your soul\, your magic! \nA time to go deep into your inner heart’s wisdom – listen deep inside with peace\, compassion\, harmony & grace. \nWe will start seated for several light stretches\, then enjoy a few balancing breathwork practices to connect to our inner alchemy\, our life source & learn new techniques for self healing. \nI will send distant Reiki\, life force energy to you all\, whether in the studio or at your homes\, to shimmer in healing radiant light. \nWe will also all join together through our heart field to the collective heart field\, sending healing light out to the whole world. \nThen we will lie down for a Shining Full Moon Healing Yoga Nidra & full spectrum healing sound journey (with a special mic so those joining over Zoom have excellent sound quality). \nFeel these sounds glowing inside through every layer\, to renew every cell\, organ\, system flow & magnificent energy of you! \nThe Sound Journey will feature chakra crystal singing bowls\, a gong\, shruti box\, harmonium\, chimes\, rattles\, bells\, Himalayan brass singing bowls & a shamanic handmade Deer drum. \nWe end our beautiful evening with a peace mantra and thanks to all. \nIf joining on Zoom\, please wear earphones for optimal sound. \n
