DESCRIPTION:Expect a warm welcome at the monthly New Moon Stretch & Soundbath session. Make space for setting new intentions and giving your body and mind valuable time to rest\, relax and reset. \nStarting with gentle floor-based somatic stretches (SATYA) to unwind tension and prepare the body and mind for deep relaxation. Then settle in your ‘rest nest’\, listen to the lunar prompts and then allow the sound bath harmonics to do their work! The instruments; singing bowls\, sansula\, koshi chimes\, drum\, gong\, percussion instruments\, and vocals can induce an altered state of consciousness akin to a meditative state. \nEveryone will have their unique experience and it’s never the same! Chocolate\, oracle cards and a warm drink will prepare you for the journey home. Lunar prompts will be emailed to you the following day.
