As an antidote to the stresses of the past year this two night stay is designed to help you relax\, unwind and take a break. The retreat will begin on Friday at 5 pm and end after lunch on Sunday. There’s also the option to book an extra night’s stay at a reduced rate of £40. Yoga will be open level with slow flow\, yin and restorative practices on offer. Classes will take place in the morning and evening with free time in between. Restrictions permitting\, there’ll also be access to a sauna and outdoor hot tub and massage treatments subject to availability.
