Sarah Pritchard is one of the world’s few Expert Level 4 Franklin Method® Educators and a Registered Somatic Movement Therapist and Educator. A Comprehensive Pilates teacher, One Dance UK Healthcare Practitioner and faculty member of the Buff Bones® system, she bridges science, embodiment and therapeutic practice. Her teaching integrates polyvagal-informed movement that regulates the nervous system, imagery movement and breathwork and anatomical precision for lasting change. Known for her depth, clarity, and care, Sarah helps movers and teachers rediscover freedom from the inside out.
