Spring Equinox with Chloe Mckay
The Spring Equinox marks the astronomical first day of spring and the point at which the sun illuminates the northern and southern hemispheres equally bringing more balance between night and day. At this Friday night yoga session, we’ll celebrate its arrival and the warmer, lighter and longer days. Come and awaken your body to spring with some dynamic slow flow yoga where we’ll explore backbends and twists to gently stimulate the system and balance poses to focus and centre the body and mind. The evening will slow down with some soothing yin yoga followed by a long relaxation to lead you into the weekend with a smile.
