You’ll be shown special standing Thai mobilisations and stretches, followed by somatic shaking to let go of tension and boost your lymph system. Afterwards breathwork to bring release and balance. Finally you’ll be guided into a deep relaxation called yoga nidra aka Yogic sleep accompanied by a sound bath. Bliss! Festive tea and biscuits!
