Early Morning Yoga Mondays in July with Chloe

This month-long course of early morning yoga will help you get your day off to the right start.
Each 7am class will lead you through 60 minutes of dynamic, slow flowing yoga incorporating mindfulness and breath awareness. There’ll be the opportunity to stretch and strengthen the body as well as a guided relaxation to calm and relax both body and mind.
This class is open level but some experience of a flow-style of yoga is recommended.
4 weeks at £44 in studio and £32 on Zoom
Or if you wish to drop-in to a single class only, you can select that class and pay the drop-in rate of £14 in-studio and £10 on Zoom.
