This month-long course of early morning yoga will help you get your day off to the right start. Each 7am class will lead you through 60 minutes of dynamic, slow flowing yoga incorporating mindfulness and breath awareness. There’ll be the opportunity to stretch and strengthen the body as well as a guided relaxation to calm and relax both body and mind. This class is open level but some experience of a flow-style of yoga is recommended. Please note that cancellations with more than 14 days notice are subject to a £10 administration fee. Regrettably, cancellations with less than 14 days notice will not be refunded.
Courses are non-refundable and non-transferable.
We send all participants (in-studio and online) links to the live-streamed class. We record the sessions: please email after the session to access the recording. We hope that you can up any missed classes by using the recordings. Recordings are deleted after 4 weeks.
