Mandala Vinyasa is a dynamic yoga asana practice, where you will move in 360 degrees around the mat. It has a deep meditative effect as you repeat the same circular sequence for 3 cycles. There is a strong focus on breath awareness and each class will start with a pranayama (breath work) practice. The classes end with restorative/yin yoga before we move into savasana. Each Mandala sequence is designed to target specific areas of the body corresponding to one of the elements - Earth, Water,…
