Twixmas Full Moon Stretch and Sound Bath with Joanne Bull

The full moon falls in the watery sign of Cancer – a time for cleansing and recharging yourself as you assess where you want to be going during the next phase of the moon cycle. A great time for a re-set and getting some valuable R&R time!
The session will begin with gentle floor-based somatic stretches and calming breathing practices to prepare the body and mind for the healing sounds. Chocolate & herbal tea is served after.
