This 4-week course will train you in the basics of the fabulous art of Acroyoga. Whether a complete beginner or a more experienced student, this course offers something fun for every level in both L-basing and standing acroyoga sequences, as well as Thai massage and partner yoga.
Acroyoga is not only amazing fun but also a brilliant way to take yoga off the mat and be mindful in your communication with others. Finding peace within your mini-community in class will help you to find peace within your wider community.
Suitable for everyone, whether flying solo or bringing a friend along. The only pre-requisites are that you’re happy to physically connect with others and that you come with an open mind ready to surprise yourself!
