The August Intensive is back this year for another five days of yoga that offer a mini-immersion into daily practice. Each morning you’ll be led through a slow flowing sequence to stretch and strengthen the body, focus the mind and calm the nervous system.
Not only is the Intensive week a great way to experience the benefits of a regular yoga practice but it can help restart or reinvigorate an existing practice and bring fresh energy and perspective to your daily routine. With a 7am class each day you’ll also make the most of the light summer mornings.
Classes will include mindfulness teachings, breath awareness and finish with a guided relaxation. As an open level class, options will be offered to suit your level of ability, however, the Intensive is not recommended for the complete beginner and some experience (especially of sun salutations) is recommended.
So, not only will your body feel the benefit but you’ll get to destress, lift your energy, make time for yourself each day and even relax in the process.
All classes will be recorded to offer the option of practicing again or at a later date.
