Breathing exercises are one of the most important elements of a rounded yoga practice, yet we rarely explore them in class. We’ll get to the bottom of proper diaphragmatic breathing and have a look at three important pranayamas: agni sari, viloma and nadi shodhana. Not suitable for complete beginners.
