In this playful and exciting workshop, we’ll explore acroyoga in our family groups. Family acroyoga is the combination of yoga, acrobatic flying, creative movement and games. In this way, we’ll develop confidence, trust and communication through physical touch and playful
movement. A chance to move together, exploring flying and balancing, and learn some cool new party tricks! We’ll finish with some calming yoga and meditation to bring us back to earth.
£30 per pair, one of the pair must be 16+ and one must be a kid!
