Join Dora for some Friday fun! We begin by focusing on refining our upside down skills, whether you’re just getting comfortable inverting or you’re working on perfecting your balance. We’ll look at alignment, engagement and entry drills for handstand. Then we’ll move on to fun partner shapes, where you will work in partners and groups to help each other fly and get upside down! A super fun and social way to work on your strength and confidence. All welcome including complete beginners. We recommend tight fitting clothing so it doesn’t fall down when you go upside down!
