Come and ease those festive aches and pains and get ready to start 2026 feeling open, aligned and limber!

This session will start with some mobility focused flow before moving into some wall & prop assisted drills and stretches.

Expect to:

• Gain a deeper understanding of alignment & engagement in a range of postures

• Learn new drills and exercises to find muscles you didn’t know existed!

• Get some personal feedback and adjustments

• Have lots of fun!
