Through the arts of Yoga Nidra, storytelling and sound, this workshop aims to help soothe the nervous system, develop vagal tone and begin to build the internal scaffolding that supports a stable base and a sense of belonging.
Expect to be taken care of, nourished, and to explore yoga (connection) in a deep, creative, heartfelt and somatic way.
