Sink into the most blissful, floaty relaxation in supported yoga postures. This special Restorative Yoga session, guided by Sophie Carr, will be an absolute treat for mind and body, soothing the nervous system and steadying emotions. She will help you set yourself up at home using cushions, blankets and towels, and then lead you into meditative stillness with simple mindfulness practices. All you need is a quiet space, some easy-to-find stuff to support yourself, and perhaps some of your favourite calming music to play in the background.
