Hannah Vincent
Hannah is a yoga teacher and movement specialist with a rich background in dance, yoga, and holistic bodywork. She trained at the Northern School of Contemporary Dance in Leeds and completed postgraduate study at Laban in London. Hannah spent a year and a half living in India, deepening her practice in Ashtanga, Yin yoga, and the South Indian martial art Kalaripayattu, exploring the intersection of strength, mobility, and mindfulness.
She has taught in diverse settings around the world, from hospitals and pupil referral units to studio and community classes, bringing a compassionate, adaptable approach to each session. Currently pursuing an MSc in Physiotherapy at York St John University, Hannah blends her understanding of anatomy and movement with creativity and lightness, making her classes both empowering and enjoyable—helping you connect with your body, your breath, and a sense of joy in movement.
