Jasmine Sara

Jasmine is an accessible yoga teacher and ambassador. While her classes welcome everyone, she also specialises in movement, breath, and relaxation for chronic illness, hypermobility, and energy-limiting conditions. Her approach is grounded in evidence-based movement principles, nervous system regulation, and trauma-informed principles, offering practices that support sustainable strength and deep restoration.

Alongside her work in accessibility, she guides international retreats that create space for sacred pause—offering deep rest in a world that often pulls us toward constant activity. Yoga Nidra is currently her favourite practice for its ability to replenish energy, soothe the nervous system, and offer profound stillness.

She has been teaching Yoga for 8 years and practicing for 15+.
