Ness is passionate about helping people reconnect to their bodies through Pilates.  She discovered how powerful this practice can be during her own journey recovering from illness – powerful not just for fitness but for overall physical and mental wellbeing. 

Ness trained in York with MK Pilates, completing over 200 hours of study in Matwork Pilates as well as Level 3 Personal Training with a background in science. She is committed to providing high-quality, supportive teaching to help you feel stronger, more balanced and confident in your body.
