Susan Bradley

Susan has had yoga in her life for over 20 years. She is a mother of twins, and a lover of sunshine, the sea, good food, strong coffee and red wine. The yoga she shares is a way for you to find time and space within the busyness of modern life for yourself.

She believes that really resting is invaluable, and blends restorative yoga, yoga nidra, breath work and yin yoga with soundscapes and essential oils to create deeply restful sessions. She also has a particular interest in Matrescence, and her work encompasses yoga for fertility, pregnancy and the postnatal period. She is a hypnobirthing and antenatal teacher, a doula, a birth trauma specialist and a women’s mentor and coach.
