Rebecca Jones

Rebecca trained at professional level in musical theatre/dance for three years before going on to perform in Tokyo. In 2019 she returned to the UK to undertake her teaching qualifications in Mat Pilates and Group Exercise classes. She completed her 200-hour Yoga Alliance International Certification in 2020. With her background in Dance and Pilates, she is passionate about body alignment, positional awareness and technique to ensure safe practice.

Rebecca believes that movement, mindfulness and breath are the key foundations to a comfortable life. Her classes will offer challenges for a strong practice but she always encourages everyone to listen to their own body and to make modifications whenever they are needed to suit the individual.
