Sarah Pretty
A battle with anxiety and depression first led Sarah to yoga, and her practice of asana and mindfulness quickly became a daily discipline and selfcare routine. Soon after, she knew this passion could develop into a profession. Her main goal is to live a happy and fulfilling life: yoga has helped her find that path and she wants to use her teaching to help those who may feel as lost as she did. She completed her 200-hour Yoga Alliance International Certification in 2020.
A class with Sarah will help strengthen the body and soothe the mind by focusing on mobility, alignment, and breath. Sarah’s classes are accessible to all levels, aiming to challenge you by flowing through mindful movement, but remaining restorative and cultivating a sense of calm.
